Islecroft Stadium
Islecroft Stadium is the home of Dalbeattie Star FC in the Dumfries and Galloway town of Dalbeattie. The club has long represented the area in southern Scottish football, competing in regional leagues and cup competitions before its move into the Lowland League West. The ground provides a local base for senior football in a relatively rural part of the country, with a traditional layout and community atmosphere. Dalbeattie Star’s place in the division helps maintain a geographical link between the west-central clubs and the football communities of the southwest.
