Alliance Park
Alliance Park is the current match venue for Caledonian Braves, a club that has developed a distinctive identity through its modern approach to football, recruitment and supporter engagement. Located within Strathclyde Country Park, near Motherwell, the venue provides a base for the club’s Lowland League West fixtures. The Braves were established in 2011 as a residential football academy (Edusport Academy) for young French footballers, before adopting their current name and have built a reputation for developing players from a range of backgrounds. In 2014 the club successfully applied to enter a team in the South of Scotland League, playing their home matches at the Hamilton Palace Sports Ground. From the 2015/16 season, the club moved their home games to Galabank and a groundshare with SPFL side Annan Athletic. In 2019, the club moved back to Lanarkshire to Bothwellhaugh and were rebranded Caledonian Braves.
